We visited Papa's Cousins Fred and Linda and their amazing home and pond. They are incredibly talented artists and their home is a gallery of wood and stone carvings, paintings, quilts, prints, instruments, Indian artifacts and every craft imaginable all created by them, their family and friends. There is a wood shop in the back and a sewing/quilting room as the second floor. It's awe inspiring. Fred even found a few pieces of stone for the girls to try their hands at carving.
This picture is from last year since I was too busy looking at all the creations to remember to take pictures. I did remember to take pictures this weekend when we went back to skate on their frozen pond.
A little pond hockey, reminded me of my childhood. Followed by Hot Chocolate and cookies. It's nice to know somethings haven 't changed.
